Payment Failures

If your payment was deducted but the order was not confirmed, the amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged, expired, or incorrect product:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Share photos of the damaged/wrong product via WhatsApp or email
  3. We will arrange a full replacement or refund within 7 business days

Non-Refundable Cases

  • Products opened and partially used
  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Incorrect address provided by customer
  • Delivery delays due to courier or weather conditions

Refund Process

Refunds are processed via PhonePe to your original payment method (UPI, card, or bank account). You'll receive a confirmation email once the refund is initiated.
